We have learnt hard skill and soft skill. And then we know how to communicate with diversity personalities, we have learnt from our mistake to change to be a good lesson.
I have learned many things in this class. In a Diversity and Inclusion class, we have learn about the importance of treating everyone with respect and fairness, no matter their background or differences. We'd explore how having diverse perspectives and experiences can lead to better solutions and ideas. We'd also discuss ways to create inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and included. It's all about understanding and appreciating the uniqueness of each person.
I learned that diversity and integration are two interrelated concepts. But diversity focuses on the representation or aspect of an organization.

I learnt from Diversity and Inclusion class that it is really reflected each of us and my physiological attitude and physical behavior would appear among our classmates and knew more how the teamwork is actually important and we should try to realize the different diversity and everyone's inclusion to be accomplished successfully. The lesson helps me better understand the personalities of individuals. Thanks to that, I can sympathize with personalities different from mine.
