            ปัจจุบัน อาจารย์ ดร.ธีรัญญ์ ไพโรจน์อังสุธร (อ.รัน) ดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ดีไลท์เทน กรุ๊ป จำกัด และเป็นวิทยากรในด้านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ และภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัล รวมถึงเป็นโค้ชที่รับการรับรองจากสมาพันธ์การโค้ชนานาชาติ (since 2020) นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งแพลตฟอร์ม "Inner Corner" เพื่อส่งเสริมเป้าหมายการพัฒนาด้านใน และ ผู้เขียนหนังสือ Facilitative Leadership: ภาวะผู้นำที่สร้างการเรียนรู้ในระหว่างการทำงาน

             พร้อมทั้งเผยแพร่งานเขียนด้านภาวะผู้นำแบบเอื้ออำนวย (Facilitative Leadership) ผู้นำความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (Emotional Intelligent Leader) ผู้นำในยุคดิจิตอล (Leadership for Digital Culture) การสื่อสารเพื่อการทำงานร่วมกัน (Communitation for Collaboration) ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ InnerCorner.com และ RunWisdom.com

             อ.รัน มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการออกแบบหลักสูตร ที่กระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนตระหนักรู้ในตนเองและพร้อมเปิดใจเรียนรู้ ผ่านเนื้อหาที่มีความทันสมัยและถูกเรียบเรียงให้เกิดความกระชับ นำไปปรับใช้ได้ง่าย พร้อมด้วยการฝึกปฏิบัติ (Practice) การเรียนรู้ผ่านเรื่องเล่า (Storytelling) และ การกระตุ้นให้เกิดการสะท้อนการเรียนรู้ (Reflection) โดยผสมผสานเทคนิคการสอนด้วยการเอื้ออำนวยการเรียนรู้ (Learning Facilitation) และการโค้ชแบบกลุ่ม (Group Coaching) เพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดการเรียนรู้อย่างมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Learning) และเกิดความสนใจเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อไป (Lifelong Learning)
